LemoTV MAG box setup

MAG boxes (Infomir) typically load IPTV through a portal URL configured in device settings—not through an app store. This LemoTV MAG box setup guide explains the standard portal method when your LemoTV plan supports it.
Before configuring the MAG
- MAG box connected to your TV and network (Ethernet recommended).
- Portal URL or stalker-style portal details from your LemoTV welcome message—if provided for MAG devices.
- MAC address of the box (shown on the sticker or system info) registered with your provider when required.

Portal setup steps
Step 1 — Open MAG settings
On the remote, go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals (menu labels vary slightly by firmware).
Step 2 — Add portal URL
Create a new portal entry and enter the portal URL supplied with your LemoTV account. Save and reboot the box if prompted.
Step 3 — Load channels

Quick troubleshooting
- Confirm your LemoTV subscription is active and you entered login details exactly as provided.
- Restart the app and your device after adding the playlist.
- Test on a stable Wi‑Fi connection; Ethernet is preferred on TV boxes.
- If channels fail to load, try the alternate login method (Xtream Codes vs M3U) when your app supports both.
